Tim specializes in luxury homes in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Carefree, Cave Creek and Phoenix.

After attending Arizona State University, Tim embarked on a Real Estate career including Real Estate Development, Management, and Construction. Seeing projects from blueprint to through construction allowed him to bring his skills to the Residential Real Estate market. He is able to help his clients visualize what changes and improvements his clients can make to a home that they may not see themselves.
Happily married since 1993, one of Tim’s greatest pleasures in life is spending quality time with his wife and two boys. Tim also enjoys his two dogs, hiking, and traveling.
After leaving Arizona in the late 1980s, I pursued a retail career and worked for several of the top innovative retailers in the US. Employed at the corporate level for 25 years, I managed inventory and buying departments for companies such as The Sharper Image®, Talbots® and was most recently Director of Finance for a division of Orchard Brands™.
At an executive level, I was responsible for finance as well as marketing, web and retail operations. With the transition from brick and mortar stores for a large percentage of buyers and the advent of a very competitive online marketplace, new, cutting-edge and creative marketing programs and campaigns were required. My highly motivated team was responsible for growth of online sales from 15% of the company’s revenue to over 75% in seven years.
Once I left corporate retail, I decided to move back to Arizona to focus my attention on investment properties I had acquired in the Phoenix area over a several year period. These multi-home investments proved to be a fun and challenging career change, but I found myself wanting more. It was then I decided to partner with a team of childhood friends and align with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.
Real estate allows me to tap into my past retail and marketing experience and incorporate what I learned into the fast pace and ever-changing real estate market. My goal is to bring my clients the best possible experience in the sales and purchase of properties.
