Follow through

I recently worked with Shawn Rimer and Tim Floor recently in my purchase of a condo as an investment property. I’ve worked with both earlier in the year when I sold my parents’ home.

My expectations when engaged in business is for the other party to follow through, be proactive, and be dependable. Both these realtors represent those qualities. I never had to worry about hearing from them. When I asked for something they promptly replied to my request. I can’t say anything more positive about these individuals and will go to them in the future when I have additional real estate business to conduct.
